Help, I cant find the skin Im looking for

The skin im looking for is vista style but this one, the background always changes colour when refreshed.
The icon ^^ i want but in red.

No its not this, I saw another theme which was the same one but the background changed colours everytime I would refresh the page. And the icon I posted was in red and the text was "hot" inside it.

Is very difficult to find one theme like this.The background changed of other refresh, hmm... you don't remind the author of that theme, even the version and the type of that theme?

I really cant remember. It has the same layout but the icons where different, like I said, it had red ones too. I think it was a phpbb3.
