How to have warning bars?

Iam using forumotion since long time, before my username was Blessed_Guy here!
So actually i wanted to tell you that i've forgotten some tricks with forumotion as i left running my forum.
Now i wanted to ask you that how to have warning bars?

An now:
Name: Choose one name.
Description: One dscription for the profile.
Url icon: Don't complete that space.
Obligatory:No
Preview: Push Profile and Messages
Display type:Icon+Text
Who can modify the profile field value: Moderators.
Display this field for users that are at least:Members
Separator:No choice
And now you have "Images list".
Click on , and add the direct link to image.
Click again plus and again add the directlink to image, etc.
You can click how you want.
=>Save.
