Header/logo not appearing? Empty Header/logo not appearing?

The thing is i can see it, just the other members cannot.

I dont know why,

i used photobucket as the host and put the link in the link bar where it should be. My previous logos worked but this one doesn't!

Thats the problem,

some people can, some people can't.

I know two people who see a box with a red X in it.
