Why Does my admin panel crazy? Empty Why Does my admin panel crazy?

i dont know what i did... i sure did something wrong...
every sec every step i make in the panel if i do save on something
or if i make a confige... its asking the ID and PASS...
whats wrong with it?
it wasnt like this...

may be you choose in the security panel that it asks for the id and the password for the admin panel

try to re-configure your security control, if u don't know how we may help you
