Guests cannot make topics...

Just recently few days ago, a guest made a topic but i want to prevent that action for guests, making it UNenabled for guests to make topics. How can I do that?

General>Forum>Categories and Forums
Click on the forum name
Permissions tab
For guests: Uncheck Open a topic

repeat this for all the other forums.

You can change other settings for guests through there as well.

3. Users -- Users Options
   
4. Allow guests to vote : No

You should also do this to see if a guest can post a topic on your forum:

Admin panel>General>Forum>Categories and forums>Forum Permissions Control.

And from there,you will see everything that members and guest can do.And you can quickly edit it to match what you want.This is an easy way to navigate threw the forums in the admin panel.
