PM monitoring? Empty PM monitoring?

Is there a way that I can monitor all the private messages sent on my forum? I would like to knw because I have recently found out that people were selling items via private message and this should not be allowed. I would like the ability to view all messages sent and recieved, is this possible?

Not possible. Also, don't you think PM's are private no one else should read them.
