Solved My Forum is Weird

Okay,I know its silly running a club penguin forum,
But I need help anyways, http://teh-penguins.forumotion.net/forum.htm
See the words are like not inside any boxes,
Help?
How can I put boxes where the words are?

You need to reinstall the skin from hitskin & it will work.
