My users can't reply to posts

I just set up my forum, www.cruiseharbor.net, but my users can't reply to my posts. Can someone help me fix this problem?

Check if your members can post in that forum,first of all.

Administration Panel=>General=>Forum=>Categories and forums=>Forum Permissions Control=>Check if your members can reply or post in that section of your forums.

Then,if they can't reply or post,then do the following please:

Administration Panel=>General=>Forum=>Categories and forums=>Select the forum=>Permissions=>Select your options for that forum{select who posts in that forum=>Save.
