Hi Is there a way or who do I contact about a site that was only up for about 48 hours ,although it must have been made in advance etc, as there must have been a original email sent out with the validation link will I have to make it a formal complaint?

Was this site taking money under false pretences or in any other
way operating in violation of the law?

If it was, it may have been removed for those reasons
