Friends Cant Reg on my Forum,Help me please

I made a Fourm and wen i told my friend too reg its standing Administrators have forbidden any new members. but wen i look at the admin panel its standing Allow new members Yes (x) no ( )

Help Pleace,and btw can it be because i have 2 forums? confused

Hi, your title being non explicit and therefore not facilitating research via the search option, I'm not answering (nor is any other member ) until you change your title for an explicit one, related to your problem

well it has nothing to do with haveing two forums.
try making New accounts activation to USERS and have Allow new members set to yes. and hit save.

if you have allow new members to yes then it should work?that's odd.
also log out and see if you can create a new account. if it works for you it will work for them. may be you changed it and just forgot to hit save?
