Lock Policy!

I have noticed that many posts are locked with the claim that they
are already posted same topics!!!

Is it possible for the one who locks a post to submit the relevant link
to the post that is claimed to exist????

The search on the whole forum did not provide any result with the
term "css" or "stylesheet" as defined be W3C! so my post was locked
because "it was already suggested" :S

You have the archive's section I created with all the suggestions and the search engine

as i said the search engine did not return any result!

Probably because the idea is the same but the title or the content of the topic(s) is/are different
