Solved Help with making a banner

i want to make a banner that is 468x60 but cant figure out how to get teh pics on the banner ..

the pics i want on the banner are simple but dont have the photoshop or what ever program i need to do it.

any help woild be great ...

this is the pics i want on it and im thinking room in the middle so i can type something it to it
