uploading pictures

anyone tell me how to upload pictures from the new topic or reply section....on the left hand box it says host image so if i click that it gives me the option to browse me computer photos, i double click on my choice and then i click "host it"......it then gives me 3 options, url, image url and thumbnail all with codes.
if i click any one of thes a box comes up asking for access to clipboard and if i want to allow or not allow.

any advise please as my members are wanting to send pictures in to my site, thanks...

Just use tinypic.com, upload the pictures there. Post the code & you are good to go.
