Solved Changing the character requirement for posting topics

I would like to change the requirement for posting topics on my forum and cant seem to figure out how to do this. confused I believe right now it is set at a minium of 10 characters. Can someone please help me with this??!

Hello Brandy,
Administration Panel=>General=>Messages and Emails=>Configuration=>Topics=>Topics title length=>Set what you want=>Save.
