How do I turn on signatures in the Admin panel?

Hi ME3000,
Administration Panel=>Users and Groups=>Users=>Search users=>click on user's name=>Preferences=>Always attach my signature : Select yes=>Save.

Administration Panel=>Users and Groups=>Users=>Users options=>User Settings=>Allow Signatures : Select all members=>Save.
