Icons before username

Hello.

I have a question on how to get an icon to appear before somebodies username.

Currently it looks like this:


I would like to make it look like this:



Now I tried doing this by changing the group name from:

Code:

Administrator

To:

Code:

<img src="http://i43.tinypic.com/xdftcp.jpg">Administrator

But it didn't fit. Now I know this can be done, because our rival forums have this, except their icon is something else.

If you know how to this, please share.

Sorry can't be done here.

You will have to enter the Url of the image in the Rank Section

Admin panel>>User & Groups>>Ranks>>Create Ranks>>Add Title>>Add URL>>Save

Then back to User & Groups>>Search user>>Click on the user>>Then go all the way down till you see rank>>Click on drop down box and Click Rank>>Save
