problem with adding picture to my forums' names (solved)

I am trying to add an image to my forums names but I can't do it with some forums:


to add the image i do this in the administration panel:


I choose the forum i want to edit and this window appears:


Please help me with this

look..try the old version of the admin panel..

1-admin panel (old version )

2-forum admin

3-choose and click on the forum u want

4-insert the image

it wokrs very fine...try!
