2 Buttons request

Could someone make me a Thanks and a Multi quote buttons what look like exactly this http://hitskin.com/themes/13/25/93/i_icon_quote.png to match my new theme. Thanks!

Oh and some Images like this one http://hitskin.com/themes/13/68/07/i_icon_mini_index.png that say Rules Donate And Bond Sites

And I am sorry if anyone has started on them but them top ones could they be the same image as http://hitskin.com/themes/13/68/07/i_icon_mini_index.png that one now please?

Actually I have messed this up by changing the theme again please garbage this.
