Forums Not Changing

I have over and over again tried to change my portal and it just won't change. The widgets stay the same and won't even switch spots.

Also my navigation abr is too slim and all of my links don't fit so I took it into photoshop and made it bigger, I put it back in and it wond change. I even deleted the picture but it won't change. my website is royalforums.forumotion.com

Have you tried changing your skin yet?

For your second situation, try :

1. Administration Panel
   
2. Display tab
   
3. Homepage -- Headers and Navigation
   
4. Menu position : Center

I have tried the center option, it still hasn't changed and no I have not changed the skin so I might try that.

Ok so I canged the skin, it turned out that the skin I had was Invision, but I changed it to phbb2, and more problems occured. When I tried to change the pictures it said I was not logged in, so I logged out and back in but it still won't change. I also can still notchange my portal.
