Chatbox Emoticons and Font Color

For some reason nothing happens when I clik on these 2 in the chatbox....I am using firefox and have enable pop up windows and checked everything in the admin panel...Any suggestions as to why it won't work for me?...it will if I type the code but the window doesnt open to select an emoticon or font color...seems to work fine for all other members...thank you for your help

nothing to screen shot.....when I click on them...nothing happens......

hmm, try using the Smiley BBCode.

If I type in the code it shows the smilie....just that frame won't open when I click on it
