chatbox is not working fine

my chatbox is causing problems...itz not working fine...

According to the system, it should automatically refresh n show me the msgs....but it doesn't do the same...i've to click on refresh to see new messages...though the auto refresh box is checked...

or

if i dont send any message.....it wont show me any message....but as soon as i send a message...it shows me the messages from other users...everyone is facing the same problem...what is it ? n why is it ?

- You must be connect to the Chatbox to see the old messages.
- No more refreshing problems.
