HTML Help needed.

Okay, so I'm trying to make my Forums styled to a similar way to RuneScape. (http://forum.runescape.com/forums.ws)

I would like my Forum Listing (All the sections and forums) to be edged with the same "Scroll" effect as the RuneScape ones are.

I understand it's a matter of getting the images, but what I'd like to know is how I can make the "Scroll" ALWAYS fit exactly around the board, rather than always being a certain size.
