Topic Reply Notifications

Right now it's standard that members get a notification by e-mail after a reply. Unless they disable it at their registration, but most people do not read all the options.

So, as an admin, I have to do it manually every time. Not a problem now but the amount of members are beginning to increase.

So PLEASE, hopefully you can make it available that you can do this in the admin panel, because it's a pain to do it manually or to tell all members. Why? I know lots of members of a forum hate it when they receive 10+ e-mails of a forum per day. And why not add a option to disable/enable it in the admin panel? Easy as that and people can choose instead of being forced to enable it.
