i am using a sharp LCD monitor laptop, nothing shows up rough to me, but I believe you.

They are pretty basic, but other from that, they are good.

I have always problems with font!

That was the idea! To make something basic, without icons and other.

The red thing is not showing up on the buttons on the first row. Did you do it with some purpose? I like the feel of the button, except for the font.

Looks like the red thing is just a border for the bottom of the graphics; it would be easier to tell if they weren't touching.

Now you have the red even in the second row! I made this for my forum, and they look good... Maybe ther are not good for light forums, but ok! I don't know which font to use... Every font look strange on this... It need to be simple, but...

I wasn't trying to insult you. I'm sorry if you took it as such. There's nothing wrong with your images; Sanket asked a question and I thought I was answering, that's all.

For what its worth I'm horrible at graphics design and you won't see me belittling anyone for sharing their hard work.

No, it's not a design flaw in what you did. Just a arrangement of the display... something that can't be helped.

Also the use of the black images on such a light board has a tendancy to play tricks on the eyes... another thing that can't be helped here.

These are very simple, and looks pretty good, too. But however, I would recommend changing the font.
