How Can i do coz my problem me & my mod's cannot appear option mods & me Option ,Calendar ; & poll' when i click that many time's those not appear ' event if my mod i set him for to do that those not work even me. Hope you help me to solve this!

do you see the image when that object circle? my mods cannot click that option cannot appear spoiled down, cannot click? what can i do, hope you understand me now, sorry for my language, i wanna see normal, Sticky, Announcemet like that,
