IP Address View Help

hi, but I can't view the ip addresses of the people at my forum.

I want to view the ip address of one member so i may ban him, but unfortunately he has made no posts to view his ip address. I've read in some of the other topics here that you can only see their ip address if they have made a post. To test if I can see the ip address of a member with a post, I went to a random member's post to view his ip and I did not see anything.

I went to see if the ip picture was marked with ''Hide'' but it wasn't. So now I don't know how to see their ip address. If anyone can help me I'd gratefully appreciate it. Thank you in advanced.

You can only view member's ip addresses if they are online when you are in the admin panel.

If they created a post,go to the topic they post,and press the button that checks the member's ip address:

ACP=>Dsiplay Tab=>Pictures and Colors=>Pics management=>Advanced Mode=>Buttons=>View IP address of poster=>If you have an image,check it and press it in the topic to find out the member's ip address,if you don't have an icon,upload an image,so you can see it in your topics.
