Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me? I am wanting to insert a file on my forum (pref portal) for people to click and download. Is there anyone that can tell me if this is possible?

You can't upload it to your forum.
You should upload it to some file hosting site.

By the way, support questions are not welcomed in general discussion.
