Pop up block for topic

Hi there

How do I get to have a pop up block appear when you move your curser over a topic title? I am a member on another forum where a pop up block containing the first few sentences of the post appears when you move the cursor over the title.

How do you activate this?

Display>Structure & hierarchy
Show the last topic titles on index: Yes
Save

When I tried this, it showed the last post of the forum. I am referring to when you put your cursor over the title of a post a block comes up and shows the first few sentences of the post. It dissapears when you move the cursor away

Oh that, its not possible on forumotion currently.
