Installling My Logo

Okay, a few days ago, i had one of my members make a logo for my forum...and so today i have had enough free time to try and put tha logo/banner onto my homepage....but every time that i try to upload the picture to my site it says the following:




And that is when i try to upload a picture....but the only thing is that i am logged in...i even shut my computer off and then logged back in 2x to see if that was the problem but it still wont work....could someone help?

I am getting mad though, because i have been working on it for the past 20 min....and it still isn't working.....

I have been working on it sense yesterday..... still wont work for me either

Ya, i can.....but how do you clear the cache?

Also, can you check
Admin panel >> Mics (tab) Image Hosting > and make sure there is an account there, that is loged in.
