Certain number of posts to access a forum?

Hi,

I think this is a really nice idea and I would defenitley need this on my forum. What Im proposing is that as you see on some paid forum hosts where they allow you the option to set a number of posts a member must have to gain access to a certain forum.

I.e. you must have 10 posts to gain access to the resources forum.

I hope this is a clear idea, this would be fab and Im sure other people would like this too ...
