My backround wont show up! Empty My backround wont show up!

Hello. I have been trying to upload a new backround on my site, and it won't show up. The picture shows up under backround under pic management, but then it doesn't work when I go back to the site. Can anyone help me?

I'd try another forum. Very few people with the answer you seek venture into this forum.
