Friend list missing

I have a member whos friend list is missing. Is this a known problem?

Maybe the member doesn't have any members in his/her friendlist...

She had quite a few friends. I explained we have no way of accessing or controling her list. Thus it must be an internal problem.

I have checked many other members. They are all ok.

I also searched in trouble shooting on forumation. There was one topic, that said, Typlo was award of a friends problem. That was caused by their updates. This topic was posted about a month ago. And no updates on what the problem is or if that problem was fixed.
