Real Money?

Hi, I've tried searching for this but couldn't what I wanted, I even found those spam threads

So, I need to ask before I use it on my site.
So I was planning on making a forum shop that sells forum items and real-life items.
The user's post count and point/reputation would be used as money.
And when they really want to buy something but don't have enough posts/points, they could buy items to increase their post count or point/reputation, like +100post count or +100points.
Alternatively, users would be able buy their posts or points using real money.
BEFORE YOU START FLAMING, know that the money will not be used for greedy intentions, but so that there would be enough money to get the forums on a premium account and help it stay in that position.

On the other hand, I planned on making a buy/sell/trade section on my forum for those who wanted to buy/sell/trade say, their computers, dvds, games and other such things with each other. But this would in no way benefit the forum financially, but would help users with their own stuff.

So my question is, is any of this illegal?
