How to Obtain Credits..?

Hello Everyone,
I am here to ask for help because I am confused, when I try to get a .com for my forums I thought you would buy it with a Credit Card or something.
Instead you have to use "Credits" and I am confused on how obtaining credits so please help me.

ACP=>Misc Tab=>Credits management=>Buy credits
