Display of Moderators on Forum - Question

Hi. I would like to ask a question real quick xD

You guys know how on the forums, a forum will have the forum name such as "General" and under that will be the moderators of that forum.

I would like to know if there is a way to hide the list of moderators of that forum. Since the mods and admins of my forum have colored names and I don't know how to color the name of the forum, the names of the moderators distract the bland name of that forum.

I might not be sayign this the right way, but is there a way to do this? Because on some of my forums the mod list under the name of the forum does not show the names and I don't remember how I made it like that. Also if there is a way to color the name of the forum

I would assume for the forum name color, I would just add the html color into it?

So if I am making a new forum and it says Forum name, I can put it as:

<font color="#FE0000">General</font>

and that would make the forum name "General" the color in the code?
