Solved users make usergroup?

is it possible to allow users to create 1 usergroup without a admin?

Only Admins can make user groups.

I don't know thats what the techs wanted it to be. You can suggest it in the suggestion section with a yes or no poll.

Question has been answered and no more infomation needs to be added.
