Change Who Is Online ? Text

I'm using phpbb2 and I was wondering if there is a way to change the 'Who Is Online ?' to something else?
Example: Instead of saying 'Who Is Online ?' you could have it say something like 'Bird Watcher's Online' O.o Don't ask because I don't know I just randomly made up something.
Anyway is there a way, and if so how do you do it?

GO to Admin CP > General > 'General' under 'Templates' > Go to index_body.

Notice the {L_WHO_IS_ONLINE} part, and replace it with the text you want. I am not sure that it would work.

Well I thought it was going to work but sadly when I changed it nothing showed up anyway thanks for trying.

After you save it, click the '+' or 'Publish' button, otherwise it is not going to work.

I did publish it but it still didn't work

You should have mistaken finding out the exact part.
There are also some other text that says {L_WHO_IS_ONLINE}.
