What the heck is a CSS Stylesheet?

CSS Stylesheets are like HTML, but they aren't. So prefrably it is like coding, but in a different language than HTML if you get what I mean.

Me neither I think you can use it on HTML pages and it works somehow.

EDIT: It is used to hide certain text, or images on your forum. And it can also be used to create tables like Color Code tables ect...

Where as HTML is the outline or set-up for your website/forum, CSS is your styler. Using CSS you can "bend" the html to look the way you want, and allowing your website/forum to take on a much better appearance.
