I think that they look cut off from something. Sorry, but I don't like them. Also, they are too big.

How are they considered 'small' when they are twice as large as a normal rank button? Get them resized at least half-size and they'd be perfect.

Ehh, they are okay... They would look better if you got more creative with the background... They look like a square gradient with drop shadow, an image, and text.

Things to fix:
-The background
-Not the greatest font

Overall, they are okay. Keep trying... 6.5/10
