I would say,

• Avoid having "cut offs" It really ruins the picture.
• Try to fit in the words in the space you given it, if not extend it instead of putting it on the icon box.
• Icon box should be more equal sized.
• The black thingy underneath the words, personally I think they are really ugly, I suggest you to remove them. Try using glow instead of that.
• Try to make all the words stay in the same horizontal line. [Straight]

5/10 You could do better.

Pacific, the reason they look cut off is because I when I made my new document I made the selection it's whole width
