New Topic Icon not appearing Empty New Topic Icon not appearing

I've searched the administration panel, and I don't recall disabling anything, but when a player creates a new post or topic, they icon usually turns pink to inform me - only... it's not anymore. I was wandering if anyone could help me get this feature working again!

Display>Pics Management
Check if all the image links are there.

If yes, post me your forum URL.
