change sender name in of mails and newsletters?

Hi ya.... i want to ask that how can i change my name of sender when i send mail to members via mails and newsletters option.. sender name come's like :
board@forumotion.com , i want to change sender name only to my forum name, not the email addres of forumotion (board@forumotion.com) ..only want to change sender name?? plz help ....
