Chatbox Problems Empty Chatbox Problems

My friends forum chatbox has some problems, like the messages are really close together and when you scroll up or down in it you cant see the messages properly, you just see half of the top of the messages.
the reason why im asking for help instead of one of the admins is because they dont have a Forum of the forums account.
