Forum date changing

Hi

When I have tried to change the date and day on my forum it doe's not give me the option.

IE, It is a day behind where as New Zealand is a day ahead of a lot of the world, but I can not seem to take the date back to what is required to fit with New Zealands time zone, well I can get the time zone but the day is out, I need to go back about 24 hours I think, so instead of being say Sunday displayed, I need it as Saturday but there is no option to go back further from what I can gather.

Any ideas???
