Solved Site Problem

Today i Visit the site and it seems to be very slow and some image are not show in the site
i thought it might be a server maintence..

Even the header and Navigator Picture is gone only the text show.
also the rolling announcement stop .
i have a Screen shot

also i visit the this site and it seems to be slow also and some of its image are not shown.

i already clear the cookies of this browser (firefox)already try in opera browser and still the same
but in different site like yahoo.com are working great and i have fast internet too.

Can anyone COnfirm the site is only a having a SIte Maintenance?
