Change number of posts

Hello,

Is there a way to change the number of posts for a user ?
For example , if he has only 1 post change number (show in member list) to 10

I want to find a way to change the number or disallow all users to see that number
Because there are 2-3 users that think posting is like a competition and they answer to all the topics just for icreasing the number of their posts

I've tried to do so but they told me that "this is a free forum", so I've made a new category named "transfered post" and all the unrelated post are transfered there
The only posts that mods will delete is post with "bad" language

So now evebody is happy

But the "hunting game" still exists
