Help whit posting news

Hi there

I'm new in this forum. So maby you can help me whit som stuff.

How to you make news on your site?
Or is that the portal?
Or what?

I got a .dk And i using that to my forum

The 'Portal' is basically news. Just specify a forum that you will post your news in, and select it under 'Board of the news'. You can edit your portal from

Administration control panel => Modules => Portal management => Structure (or create a new one)

Then once your at your structure, just click the little gear on the "news" block to edit, and specify everything. I also suggest that you set the permissions on your news so that only staff can make topics, as members will spam it. sorry if that sounds too complicated, I can simplify it if you need.
