Solved Group Moderators

What is the difference between a Group Moderator, and a Moderator over all the forums?

A group moderator moderates that group only (accepts users, removes, etc), and a moderator of the overall forum moderates comments, and keep everyhting running in that sense. But don't get group moderator confused with the moderator group, the moderator group can moderate the posts made on the forum.
