how do I access my PhpBB3 root directory?

I was told to go there and upload a folder, so it can be accessed by going to:

http://harshnoise.forumotion.com/phpbb3directory/x7chat2directory/

how can this be done?

I belive that part of the database that we don't have access to.

erm it will be nice if the forum owner can have FTP Access to the folder where are his forum files are hosted Smile

im thankful that the forum is free but it will be nice to access the files too

actually i am confused on what it is your asking?
you where told to go where and upload what? and what do you mean by being accessed to that forum?

i think you might be talking about something that the paid version of phpbb3 to where you can maintain your data,upload mods etc... that is not possible on forumotion. forumotion is a free forum host and do not offer any access to data or allow offer any uploads for custom or regular modulus.

so once again not sure what you mean. please explain a lil better.

Hello,

The root folder you are talking about is within the database; we do NOT have access to the database.
So you cannot do what you are asking
