How can you make a person a mod for only one section (only one forums) ? thanks

create a group for him/her . .

then set which forum he/she will moderate

CPA-General Admin-Categories and Forums

then in there, set one forum that you like to mod can be moderate that forum, especially click on "Moderate"... .

You could go to Admin Panel>>user & groups>>Serach User>>Click on the user you wish to give for one forum>>Then click permissions click the check box for that forum save.
